Product Description:

CONSTRUCTION:

• These parts are hand-made out of Gel-Coated Fiberglass chopped-strand mat and reinforced with Biaxal 1708 mat in higher-stress areas using Marine-Grade, moisture-resistant Isophthalic Resins. They’re thicker than the majority of the kits made in the past (and present IF you can find them…) and are lightweight, yet very durable.
• The parts are manually hand laid up one kit (or part) at-a-time by a skilled and experienced craftsman located in the Midwest… not cheaply-made and rushed through some off-shore production chop house… these kits are MADE WITH PRIDE IN THE USA!!!

INSTALLATION:

• Requires use of screws, rivets, adhesive tape and/or liquid epoxy adhesive, fiberglass resin, or body filler to attach, or some combination thereof, supplied by the end user/installer. Door Inserts have bonded-on 1/4″-20 T-Nuts for attachment to Doors. Typical installation practice methods and suggestion guides will be included but best applicable, actual installation method is to be determined by the end user/installer as each situation is different.
• Kit pieces are considered to be of “Primer-Quality: 80-90% Ready-To-Paint & Install”, which means they will need to be custom, hand-fit to the vehicle, and will require some minor modifications in order to fit. We leave a bit of extra material in certain locations so you can custom-fit these to your truck.
• Also note that due to the nature of custom aftermarket fiberglass parts, it is very possible and likely the parts may have some minor surface imperfections that will require typical bodywork filling/priming/paint preparation before painting and final installation. This is accepted industry-wide as “normal” and will not be considered to be a “product defect”.
• The end user/installer must hand-fit and inspect thoroughly all items before mounting or installing. Items which are considered bolt-on are considered mounted once mounting locations are drilled or modified for installation. Any item that has been mounted, modified, painted, or installed is considered bought and accepted, and is non-refundable.
